The Company Mercury Paints Factory Sdn Bhd, commenced operation in 1975, started off as manufacturer of industrial and auto paints, and related refinishes products with its manufacturing facility in Batu Caves, Selangor Malaysia. Over a period of 35 years, through its research and development, the Company has become a trend-setting pioneer in developing superior quality products in the technology-sensitive automotive refinish industry. The Company now produces and markets a wide range of automotive refinishes products under the renowned CARMIX and MERCURY brands. In line with its commitment to quality management system and total customer's satisfaction, the Company has been ISO 9001:2008 certified since 2003. In recognition and acceptance of its quality, the Company's products are now being distributed locally nationwide inclusive of Sabah and Sarawak, and also exported to the countries in the Asean region, the Middle East, Taiwan, China and etc. The Company has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mercury Industries Berhad, a public-listed company on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange of Malaysia, since 1991.
