The License Certificate to conduct a Private Agency under section 3, Private Agency Act No. 27/71 serial number C000466 was issued on 22 February 2011 by Dato Sri Mahmood Adam, Secretary General of Ministry of Home Affairs. (852990-V) running on its business through KDN License serial No. 00871 and Business License number 258462 issued by the Mayor of City Hall of Kota Kinabalu on 21 April 2011.
